For restaurants across India

Guests order from their own phone. Your captains go back to serving.

One QR code per table. The guest scans, browses the live menu, and orders — it’s on the kitchen screen before the phone goes back in their pocket.

The cost of a captain

Add order errors, illegible KOT slips, and “I already told the other waiter” disputes on top.

4–8
captains at a mid-size restaurant, mostly taking orders
₹14k–18k
per captain, per month
₹7–17L
spent a year just to have someone write down orders

Four steps, no app to install

    Scan

The table's QR opens the menu immediately. No login, no app, no splash screen.

  2. 02

    Browse

Photos, prices, veg markers. Anything the kitchen has 86'd greys out live, on its own.

  3. 03

    Order

Modifiers, notes, quantity. Phone number and OTP happen once, only at checkout.

  4. 04

    Kitchen sees it

The ticket lands on the kitchen screen in under 3 seconds and ages from green to amber to red so nothing sits forgotten.

Building in the open

Baithak is in early access. Restaurant sign-up, staff accounts, and settings are live today — the guest-facing menu, tables, and kitchen display are shipping next, in public, phase by phase.
